Coaching Methodology

ASSESSMENT

​We start with a 30-minute telephonic assessment where you share relevant details of your past, your current state, your strengths, challenges, and coaching goals with mOHMentity. This serves as our first introduction and shapes an idea of your coaching path. 

PERSONALIZED PLAN

 After assessing your strengths, challenges, and aspirations, a step-by-step Action Plan that aligns with your personal growth vision is designed. Each plan combines practical strategies, reflective exercises, and energy-based insights to ensure every session is targeted, actionable, and transformative, helping you achieve sustainable results on your own terms. Once you are content with the sessions breakdown and the methodologies to be applied, we may begin. 

SESSIONS

We combine cognitive empathy, guided reflection, and practical psycho-therapeutic techniques and frameworks drawn from the various fields of psychology, psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and modern contemplative practices. Sessions are structured yet flexible, ranging between 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your requirement, and if the need arises, we can agree on extended sessions. Each is tailored to the specific goal assigned to it, with workbooks and personal assignments to take home and work through so that working towards transformation becomes a habit for you. Remember that you are in charge so every session will conclude with insight and new perspectives for you to consider, implement and ultimately embody. Each session is result-oriented, leaving you feeling empowered, focused and keen to take personal responsibility. Weekly check-in calls will be made to ensure that you are making progress, and to hold you accountable for your transformation.
